Our Center

Founded in 1983, Crisis Pregnancy Outreach (CPO) has facilitated over 500 adoptions and served thousands of women and their families. Many birthmothers, adoptees, and adoptive families are still involved in CPO as volunteers or currently still receive post-placement support services, such as licensed professional counseling. CPO is currently working with more than 150 mothers who are either expecting or have children under the age of 3. On average, CPO provides over 1,000 hours each year of licensed professional counseling services. At CPO, counseling services are one of the many free services available to mothers and families for life.

Last year, CPO awarded over $45,000.00 in educational scholarships to 9 parenting students and birthmothers. Last year, CPO had over 500 visits to the center. The CPO resource boutique offers diapers, clothes, maternity items, formula, baby equipment, and more and was visited 265 times in the past 12 months.

Crisis Pregnancy Outreach (CPO) is a pregnancy and parenting resource center and licensed adoption agency. CPO offers tangible resources, licensed professional counseling, parenting education, doula services, support groups, and educational scholarships, among many other free support services available to all mothers. CPO also offers Birthmother Support and post-placement support for adoptees and adoptive families.
